Reset ExchangeDefender Encryption recipient account

ExchangeDefender allows you to reset/destroy the Email Encryption account of a person you're sending encrypted mail to.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?

ExchangeDefender Encryption has a stronger encryption protocol ([ENCRYPT]) that requires the recipient to create an account with a password and a PIN for additional security. Unfortunately, sometimes people forget the password/PIN combination they used. This self service portal allows you to request a credential reset. Confirmation email will be sent to you and once you click on the link, credential reset link will be sent to your recipient. Note: You can just put your recipients email in both boxes and bypass validation (but that would double the amount of work for your user)
