When setting up and on premise (meaning not hosted with us) Exchange server for compliance. When you\u2019re setting up the Journal mailbox, you have to be very careful in Active Directory. Please make sure to set the account to:  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; a. Not allow the password changes  <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; b. Password never expires  <\/p>\n<p>Remember if we can\u2019t access the journal mailbox, we can\u2019t archive your data. But don\u2019t worry if you did this, the journal information will be intact so you wont be out of compliance but obviously you will just fall behind, but it will catch up.  <\/p>\n<p>II.
