How can I obtain a copy of an invoice?

You can print your invoices from the Company tab in the ExchangeDefender Portal. Click on Company then on Invoices. Invoices are posted on the 1st of the month, every month and can be saved as a PDF or printed.


How can I figure out which services are currently active?

All your active services and related configurations are available from the Company tab in the ExchangeDefender Portal. Click on Company tab and then on the Services tab.


Where can I update my credit card information?

All of your billing and corporate contact information is under the main Company tab in the ExchangeDefender Portal. If the company card has expired, your Client Admin users will be allowed to update it upon login.
