ExchangeDefender Service Provider
ExchangeDefender Service Provider model is the most popular partner model we have with thousands of resellers participating due to its convenience and its unparalleled level of control and branding.
Under the Service Provider model you purchase a block of mailboxes (100 minimum) and get full and direct access to ExchangeDefender console to create and manage your clients domains. After the initial 100 mailboxes you are billed on per-mailbox, per-month basis, one at a time. This gives you the flexibility of providing the service one mailbox at a time and can provide the service to organizations from smallest to the largest. You are only paying for the actual number of mailboxes being protected.
Additionally, Service Provider takes on the branding and provisioning data from your company, not ExchangeDefender. When your clients interact with ExchangeDefender they see your product name, your product logo, your banner and your color scheme. Any changes to the settings and accounts are processed immediately and directly, without involving any manual steps or checks by ExchangeDefender's staff. Finally, the management is centralized under one umbrella. From the single login you can manage all your users, all your domains and even enforce policies on demand to your entire client base. Rich reporting and management functionality gives your staff the full view of what happens in the cloud while ExchangeDefender is processing the message. Additionally, ExchangeDefender integrates with MSP platforms such as Connectwise and Autotask, giving you management and reporting integration with the tool you are already familiar with.
Value Added Reseller (VAR)
Value Added Reseller program is meant for IT Solution Providers that do not provide message hygene or business continuity solutions as a part of their products (as service providers and MSPs do). The VAR program is designed to allow quick setup, activation and a lucrative margins and unlike the Service Provider program, is sold on per-organization basis. This reduces the complexity of tracking, billing and managing multiple accounts and allows you to still offer a product with a large user base and established brand in the industry.
